The last procedure of sand production line relies on sand maker to finish. The production efficiency of sand making line is greatly affected by sand maker. Therefore, if the materials are fed into sand maker slowly, the productivity of sand making line will be greatly affected. How to deal with the feeding problems of sand maker?

The following factors are the major reasons affecting the feeding of materials:

1. The obstructed problem of discharge pipes

As we all know that if the discharge pipe of sand maker is obstructed, the material cannot be fed into the pipe. Only by guarantying the material to be sent from the pipe, the next materials will be absorbed by the sand maker. If the machine is blocked, it should be stopped.

2.The feeding speed is too fast

We all know that if the feeding speed is too fast, the load will be increased to lead to blocking problem. So we should operate sand maker according to the instructions.

3.The water content of material

Sand maker puts certain demands on the materials. If the water content is large, adhesion phenomenon will occur and blocking problems will appear, which will have effects on the productivity.
