But this method also has fatal weaknesses, one is the serious wear slip ring and brush system, so the signal contact is not good, which often need to change with signal fluctuation; another is due to the high temperature of thermocouple protection tube under impact, abrasion, and corrosion cause the thermocouple protection of the tube's life is very short, sometimes just install the thermocouple, because mechanical collision caking material is in the kiln, protective sleeve will soon damage; the third is the signal obtained by this method is difficult to use for the closed-loop control.
