Before the improvement, when assembling the movable lining board of cone crusher, manually hammer up the nuts on the hammerhead to make it and the thread of the principal axis have a certain preload and make sure the movable lining board is fixed onto the core of the cone. Then fasten it with locking gear and pour molten galvanizing zinc to fill the gap between the lining board and the main core to reduce the abrasion on the core and cushion the impact of the ores on the lining board. Sometimes as the preload cannot meet the requirement the movable cone of the cone crushers runs at clockwise direction, then main thread will be seriously damaged, which will lead the movable lining board to become loose and aggravate the abrasion of the spare parts. The effective improvement measure is to eliminate the locking gear.
