To some easy-wear accessories with good quality, the maximum stability of equipment can be guaranteed. So when choosing jaw crusher accessories, we must buy quality ones like lining board, hammer head, impact board and jaw plate. If the quality is bad, then the service life and stability of components will be hard to be ensured. Therefore, in the replacement, crusher accessories with superior quality must be adopted.

The abrasive resistance of the multi-purpose material in manufacturing parts mainly depends on surface hardness and toughness. The higher the surface strength is, the less the abrasion will be. Friction parts can be fabricated with alloy steel or ordinary steel whose surface hardness can be enhanced through the methods of heat treatment, chemical processing and others.

It must be taken into consideration that friction coefficient is higher when matching components (such as, shaft, bearing, etc.) adopt the same material than when using different materials.
