The combination crusher, also known as compound crusher, ideally suitable for primary and secondary crushing with low power consumption and easy maintenance, is widely used in many fields to crush raw material with high and medium-hardness, such as clinker in cement plants, metallurgy, building material, road construction, chemical engineering & silicate. Every component of the machine has been carefully designed to achieve superior quality and performance.
Raw material is fed from the top of the combination crusher, and falls into the rotating impellers at a high speed to be crushed. As other material simultaneously falls around the rotating impellers, the material from different directions joins together and will be crushed mutually. The material is crushed continuously in and around the impellers of the combination crusher, and will be finally discharged from beneath the machine. Via a closed loop, controlled by screening equipment, the product achieves its required final size.
